The pie is in the oven as I write!
My little outburst about the moon was due to the fact that I hadn't realised it was new and a new moon is such a good time to start new things. A new year and a new moon has got to be a great omen for the coming year, feeling it in my bones!

I cannot see the moon here, MP. The sky here is overcast and has been threatening snow for a few days. I love the moon more than anything else in the sky, to be certain. When it's absent from my view I do feel lost.
I am glad you have the new moon. Just for you and the pie!
