So sorry all, yes I am alive and well! It's been so long I'd forgotten how to log in. Just a quick one as I'm just off to the plot to help with some poly tunnel building, very exciting, it's huge! I'm a little worried it may just be another warm/dry distraction from the actual gardening but there is nothing wrong with slow progress, it's still progress after all. Hope everyone is well. I'll try and not leave another 3 months till my next post.

Hello Paul!
The allotment society got a little suspicious and asked us exactly what we would be growing in it! It'll hopefully keep us better supplied with allotment goodies over the winter although I can seriously see us all just sat in it sunbathing!
Hope you're feeling better.
Good 'to see' you too!

Very cool. Don't say the word hydroponics or they'll get suspicious. ;)

I hope you're doing well in your part of the world. Here, snowiest winter in ages- I walk to work and live in a condo, so no driving, no sidewalk shovelling, and totally enjoying the real winter.

Poly tunnel digging, you don't say. Been wondering here, just south but as wintery as Anne Marie's scapes here, if you felt a rumble beneath the land.

Glad you're up!

Hi Anne Marie,
Nice to here from you, yes that's exactly what they were worried about, as if we would try and do that! Although I have heard there have been those that have tried! We haven't had any snow this year and I'm wondering if we will ever see snow again, in the winter months anyway, snow in June seems to be the way things are going, very sad.
Hello Gina,
Yes we were woken the other night with a shaking bed and rattling shelves, it was really strong here as we are quite close to the epicentre. It was pretty scary but also exciting, I can say that cause earthquakes in this country are never any bigger than what we had. And it's funny when everyone you meet has a little story to tell about where they were or what they thought it was, everyone yesterday was united in the drama of the night before and nearly everyone was sleep deprived as it was difficult to get back to sleep after such a strange occurrence. But yes I thoroughly enjoyed it shame they only happen every 25 years!
