I think because we only ever find so very few (if any) precious people willing to openly share and celebrate that kind of spirit. It's like the first video says, you open soooooo many oysters before (if ever) finding just one Pearl. A bit like the lines and lines of dull grey frogs before finding the Prince / Princess.
I agree Ian. You just don't get that sort of charisma anymore. Our celebrities are so dull, all of them have about as much allure as a wet dishcloth. That's why their are so many programmes now making celebrities do things they wouldn't normally like ice skating or ballroom dancing, just to make them a little more interesting or if they can't manage that just to make them look like fools. I wonder where it all went wrong?
